These Terms of Service govern your use of GrantRadar EU (operated at grantradar.fund). By using this service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Service Provider

SharkFin AI DOO, Novi Beograd, Republic of Serbia, PIB 115494113 ("we", "us", "GrantRadar EU").

2. What We Provide

GrantRadar EU is an automated information matching service that:

Analyzes company information you submit
Matches your profile against publicly available EU funding programs
Generates indicative reports identifying potentially relevant programs
Includes human analyst review of every report before delivery

3. What We Are Not

GrantRadar EU is not:

A consulting service or financial advisory firm
A law firm or legal advisor
A grant application preparation service
A guarantee of funding eligibility or approval
A licensed credit broker, MiFID firm, or insurance intermediary

We provide information only. Always verify recommendations directly with the relevant funding body before making business decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years old
Authorized to act on behalf of the company you submit information about
Located in a jurisdiction where this service is legally permitted

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT (where applicable). Payment is processed via Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles VAT collection on our behalf.

6. Right of Withdrawal

For business customers (B2B), the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. For consumer purchases of digital content delivered immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU when you consent to immediate delivery during checkout.

7. Refunds

If we fail to deliver a report you have paid for, you receive a full refund. Refunds for delivered reports are handled case-by-case at our reasonable discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Reports we generate for you are licensed to you for internal use. You may share them with employees, advisors, and the relevant funding bodies. You may not republish, resell, or distribute them publicly.

The grantradar.fund website, branding, methodology, and database structure remain our property.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading company information
Use the service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract our database
Resell our reports as your own consulting work
Submit data on behalf of companies under EU/UN sanctions

10. Sanctions & KYC

We screen all paid-tier customers against EU consolidated sanctions lists. We reserve the right to refuse service to any company or individual subject to sanctions or where we have reasonable concerns about misuse.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reports are provided "AS IS" based on publicly available program data and the information you submit. We make no warranty regarding:

Eligibility for any specific funding program
Application success or rejection
Continued availability of identified programs
Accuracy of program rules at time of application (rules change)

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to €500 or the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost funding opportunities, or business interruption.

13. AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated using artificial intelligence systems classified as limited-risk under the EU AI Act and clearly labelled as such. While every report is reviewed by a human analyst, AI-generated content can contain errors. You acknowledge this and agree to verify critical information independently before acting on it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where they offer greater protection.
