GrantRadar exists because the gap between Funding & Tenders Portal (free, unusable) and PNO Consultants (€50K minimum) is where most European SMEs die.
There are 5,000+ active funding programs across the EU at any given moment. Horizon Europe alone holds €95B for 2021–2027. NextGenerationEU added another €750B. Yet less than 15% of EU SMEs ever apply, and roughly 70% of available funds go unclaimed each cycle.
The reason isn't lack of demand. It's that the discovery problem is genuinely hard: 27 jurisdictions, 24 languages, daily changes, eligibility logic that requires legal training to parse. Traditional consultancies solve this for enterprises that can pay €15K+ per engagement. Everyone else gets nothing.
We built GrantRadar to compress that discovery problem into something a 50-person company can actually afford. AI handles the matching across our proprietary database. A human analyst reviews every report before it ships. The output is a ranked list of programs you can act on, with citations you can verify, at a price point that doesn't require a CFO's signature.
How we're different
We're not consultants. We don't write applications, take success fees, or claim to guarantee outcomes. We surface opportunities and explain why they match. The application work stays with you (or a specialist consultant of your choosing).
We're transparent about AI. Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and clearly labelled as such. Every recommendation includes source citations. Every report is reviewed by a human before delivery. EU AI Act compliant from day one.
We're priced for the underserved middle. Free Quick Scan, €299 country reports, €699 EU strategy. The same intelligence that costs €15K+ at a Big 4 firm, restructured to fit a small business budget.
Who's behind this
GrantRadar is built and operated by SharkFin AI DOO, a Belgrade-based AI and financial analytics firm. We've spent 2024–2026 building automated intelligence products for B2B markets — financial analysis, business valuations, funding analysis, market entry research.
Operating from Serbia means we have lower overhead than Brussels or Paris consultancies. We pass that into pricing. Our tooling is the same.
